Available on request and against a deposit of € 15,00 at the reception.

Check-in/check-out

Our hotel rooms the rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest on the day of departure. Please advise us in advance if you would like to stay longer or if you arrive after 6.00 pm.

 

Breakfast buffet

Our rich breakfast buffet is available daily from 6.30 am to 10.00 am (Monday till Friday) and 7.00 am to 10.00 am (Saturday and Sunday)

 

Luggage service

We are happy to assist you with your luggage. Please advise while making the booking.

 

Guided city tours
We are looking forward to arranging for guided city tours of Königslutter for you. The historic Old Town lures with its medieval half-timbered and baroque facades. After this, we recommend to visit the “Kaiserdom”. But we will also be glad to arrange guided tours of Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Helmstedt and the surroundings for you!

Internet/WiFi
Each hotel room is equipped with either an analogue or an ISDN line. You may hire an ISDN terminal adapter for analogue units at the reception. In addition to this, you may use WiFi throughout the hotel for a fee. In our media corner in the hotel hall a computer with internet access and a fax machine are available for you for free. Please ask for the key at the reception desk.

Laundry service
We will be glad to clean or iron your clothes or to take them to the local dry cleaning service. You will find a laundry bag and our service price list in your bedroom. Our reception staff will be at your disposal.

Newspapers
A selection of newspapers is available for you free of charge at the reception and in the breakfast room. In addition to this, you may buy several newspapers at the reception desk.

Room service
You prefer to take your meals in your room? We offer our room service from 7 am till 10 pm at an extra charge of € 5.00 per order.

Shoeshine service
A shoeshine machine is available for you in the hotel.

 

Taxi
Whether you want to go to the station or to the airport, we will be glad to arrange for a taxi. Please ask at the reception desk!

Ticket service
You will get tickets for the Autostadt of the Volkswagen Group in Wolfsburg at the hotel reception. If you need a larger quantity of tickets or group tickets, please reserve them in advance!
You may also make reservations for the “Kammerlichtspiele” cinema in Königslutter with us (Friday to Sunday from 8.30 pm or special shows for larger groups on prior request).

Walking
Take advantage of the proximity of the Elm-Lappwald natural park and enjoy the lovely landscape! Please ask for walking and bike route maps at the reception desk!

Wake-up service
To make sure you arrive at your seminar or at your meeting in time, we offer our wake-up service. Have a good start of the day with a smiling voice on the phone!
